Founder Gal Bar-or built and flew bush planes in the back country for many years, nurturing a sense of adventure and appreciation for the places that were hardest to get to. His love for the Porsche 911, combined with the desire to explore the forests and canyons of Wyoming, Utah and Idaho led to the creation of the perfect adventure vehicle — a car that’s a joy to drive both on and off road.

Co-founder Scott Birdsall has an electrical and mechanical engineering background that he’s been putting to some serious use over the last 20 years. From his professional driving experience (sports car racing, fastest diesel qualifying in history at Pike’s Peak 2019) to vehicle builds that have been featured in nearly all the major automotive magazines worldwide, Scott brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Resolute’s team.
